Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain Our Service, including to monitor the usage of Our Service and adjust and improve Our offer to best cater to Your needs and provide the best Service to Our clients.

Squarespace, when You visit and navigate through Our Website.
Google, when You contact Us by email or contact form on Our Contact page.
Cal.com, when You book an online call through Our booking system.
Google or Zoom, when You book an online call through Our booking system, depending on which “location” medium You choose during the booking process (Google Meet or Zoom call).
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company and its Service Providers will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Service Providers’ policies, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information. We refer to Our Service Providers’ diligence in storing and transferring Your information securely. We take utmost care to prevent any unauthorized access to or disclosure of Your Personal Data from outside of Our Company with all reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural means.
